My consulting practice grew out of mentoring filmmakers through Sundance Collab and Temple University, where I found that the most useful thing I could offer wasn’t answers, but a space to dig into the material together and figure out what it was really trying to become. I offer one-on-one consulting for writers, directors, and actors, bringing a collaborative, exploratory approach to every session with the goal of helping each project or character arrive at its most specific and resonant form.

STORY CONSULTING
I work with writers and directors from early development through pre-production, helping to identify what a script or scene is reaching toward and how to get it fully there on the page. Sessions often focus on deepening character psychology, refining specificity in action and dialogue, and connecting thematic intent to visual storytelling.

REHEARSAL PREP
I work with directors preparing to collaborate with actors, and with actors preparing for a role. Sessions are tailored to the project and often include script analysis, identifying character intentions, developing backstory, and rehearsal techniques.
